We ordered this lock for our Airbnb and have been very happy with it so far. Managing guest access remotely is convenient, and the lock feels secure. Installation was not as difficult as I had anticipated, though we did have to contact them for some assistance. Our questions were quickly addressed by Genel from customer support. She was helpful throughout the entire process.
Overall, we’re very happy with the customer service and the lock looks great on the door. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a smart door lock for their rental property, or any property really.
Excellent quality and very easy to install, it is compatible with alexa and google Home without the need of an additional Gateway
We had a little delay getting our order and found out that it was coming from China… But their customer support was very good and the lock itself has all the features you’d want. We like the thumbprint feature, so as an owner we never need to punch in a code, but it does have rotating codes for AirBnB, remote unlock, key cards, and a physical key in case the batteries die. And I have it connected to Google home with all the other smart devices in the home which is a bonus. I had few choices in locks because of our beautiful antique door with a mortise lock, but I have no regrets with this one. I did have to increase the size of the mortise in the door, and drill new holes, because the old mortise was smaller, which requires a chisel and some skill, but the plate on this lock covers the old holes nicely. Awesome lock, 5 stars on quality but gave it 4 due to the delay receiving it.
