Got this smart lock for my mom’s door. I helped her find it, since she has lost her keys in the past and wanted a way to not have to have a key on her. The installation was very easy for this type of lock. The store is great as was their tech assistance line, which I called to help me with the set up. Highly recommend!
We ordered 3 knobs. 2 were okay, but received one that was missing screws, threading was damaged. Looked like it was used. Been over 1 week for them to resolve and send a replacement
